Save your files and photos to OneDrive and access them from any device, anywhere. Learn more and get 5 GB of free personal cloud storage today. By default, all files uploaded to your OneDrive account are private. You can share them directly with specific people at Hopkins (including students) or generate a link to. Learn more about OneDrive for Business Site. OneDrive for Business sync app creates a folder on your computer to store files locally. Open Computer form your Start menu. Under Favorites, you should see OneDrive for Business folder. If you do not have the OneDrive for Business sync app, follow the instructions: Download OneDrive for Windows. Login to OneDrive with your Microsoft or Office 365 account.

  • It's secure: Storage conforms to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements.
    • See acceptable use guidelines before determining what data you store in OneDrive.
  • It's compliant. The negotiated licensing terms dictate that data be stored on U.S. soil which fulfills export control requirements.
